Neale X. Trangucci

 Prior to founding NXT Partners, Mr. Trangucci spent 40 years investing in, financing and managing complex corporate Special Situations.  From 2014 to present, he has participated in the acquisition and financing of numerous private companies and has served on public and private corporate Boards of Directors.  From 2005 to 2014, he served as co-head of bankruptcy and distressed investments at a $10 Billion Even Driven Hedge Fund.  Prior to that, he held senior positions focused on distressed assets and investments with Stonehill Investment Corp./WHX Corp. (including as a partner in Stonehill and as CEO of WHX Corp.), Salomon Brothers, Inc., and Continental Illinois Bank.  Mr. Trangucci currently serves on the boards of directors of George Industries, Inc., Currax Pharmaceuticals and Adheretech, Inc.  He previously served as Chairman of the Board of Contura Energy and as a member of the boards of Automation Tooling Systems, WHX Corp., Wheeling-Pittsburgh Corp., Wheeling-Nisshin, Inc., Photowatt International, Handy & Harman and Unimast.  Mr. Trangucci earned a Masters Degree in International Affairs (with a concentration in finance and banking) from Columbia University and a bachelor of science degree from Bucknell University.
